Condo Rental/Lodging Rates
We offer our Cedar Key vacation rental Tranquility as a vacation rental for minimum 4 night stays during holidays, festivals and peak season from February through May 1. There are occasionally shorter stays available during peak season - you are welcome to check our availability calendar or drop us an email to check for cancellations or short stays. $160/night (A minimum stay of 4 nights is normally required from Feb. 1 - May 1)
$3,000/month (January, February, November, December only)
Please know that Tranquility is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
Rules
*Most holidays and festival weekends from July 15 - Feb. 1 require a minimum of 4 nights and will not be reserved more than 3 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a five night stay. Please inquire to verify required number of days.
Holidays and festivals book up quickly. The minimum booking is a requirement. Busy times include the usual holidays, the Arts Festival in April, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Seafood Festival in October.
Pet friendly Lodging: We sometimes allow well-behaved dogs - contact us and let us know what type of pet you have. We encourage you to bring a crate for your dog. There is a $10 pet fee per visit. We do not charge per night, only per visit. We are a very economical lodging choice for pet owners! There is a designated pet walking area on site and pickup poop bags. Please know that we never approve cats as the owner is very allergic!
Rates do not include Florida tax - currently 9%. (We can't avoid charging tax - sorry!) No additional cleaning fees are charged. A credit card number or check for one night's stay is required to reserve stays of up to one week. Longer stays require at least a week's rental deposit.

Serenity is our newly refurbished, dog friendly rental condo - it's two buildings down from Tranquility and may be available for your vacation. Serenity is a 3rd floor condo in Cedar Key, Florida, a 1 bedroom plus loft bedroom with 1 and 3/4 baths, boasting a vaulted ceiling offering two story views of the sunrise.(This unit is not handicap accessible)
