We offer Tranquility as a vacation rental by the week (or longer) from February through May 1. There are occasionally shorter stays available during peak season - you are welcome to check our availability calendar or drop us an email to check for cancellations or short stays. Rates

$900/week (A minimum stay of 5 nights is normally required from Jan. 1 - May 1)
$160/night (2 night minimum)
$3,000/month (January, February, November, Decemember only)
Rules
*Most holidays and festival weekends from July 15 - Feb. 1 require a minimum of 4 nights and will not be reserved more than 3 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a week's stay. Please inquire to verify required number of days.
Holidays and festivals book up quickly. The minimum booking is a requirement. Busy times include the usual holidays, the Arts Festival in April, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Seafood Festival in October. Please email us with questions.
We sometimes allow pets - contact us and let us know what type of pet you have. There is a $10 pet fee per visit. Please know that we never approve cats as the owner is very allergic!
Rates do not include Florida 9% tax. No additional cleaning fees are charged. A credit card number or check for one night's stay is required to reserve stays of up to one week. Longer stays require at least a week's rental deposit.

Serenity is our newly refurbished condo - it's two buildings down from Tranquility and is now available for your vacation. Serenity is a 3rd floor condo, a 1 bedroom plus loft bedroom with 1 and 3/4 baths, boasting a vaulted ceiling offering two story views of the sunrise.
