Rules
*Most holidays and festival weekends from July 15 - Feb. 1 require a minimum of 4 nights and will not be reserved more than 2 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a four night stay. Please inquire to verify required number of days.
Holidays and festivals book up quickly. The minimum booking is a requirement. Busy times include the usual holidays, the Arts Festival in April, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Seafood Festival in October.
Pet friendly Lodging: We allow well-behaved dogs - contact us and let us know what type of pet you have. We almost always require you to bring a crate for your dog. All dogs are required to be on flea and tick meds and dogs are not permitted on furniture. There is a $50 pet fee per visit - NOT per night! We are a very economical lodging choice for pet owners! There is a designated pet walking area on site and pickup poop bags. Please know that we never approve cats as the owner is very allergic!
Rates do not include Florida tax - currently 11%. (We can't avoid charging tax - sorry!) or $90 cleaning fee. Bookings usually require a 50% deposit up front with the remainder due 30 days before check in. Please contact us for our cancellation and hurricane policies
